Hailegh's hair was sprayed with styling lotion.  Then sections where actually bent with a flat iron to give it a bit of texture and a large curling iron to give the ends a bit of bend.  A section of hair at the crown of the head was tease and then pinned back softly and slightly twisted in the back.
