Style Basics
Our model, Brea has straight, fairly thin hair cut in a short bob. This style will also work well with wavy, thick or long hair.
Before the photo shoot, Brea provided ModelBride with a few clips of her natural hair which was used to custom dye a Mini Fall Hair Extension. The extension is the secret to getting this full style even with a very short bob.
Creating the Curls
Since Brea has straight hair, ModelBride stylists used both a medium and large barrel curling iron to create curls all over her head.
The hair extension was also curled and then clipped in toward the back of Brea's head. Stylists then started at the front of the head, twisting and loosely pinning sections of hair to create waves and texture.
The same twisting and pinning technique is used at the back of the head to finish the style.
Accessories
Brea's style is shown here accented with a crystal hair vine. Hair pins would also be a nice choice similarly arranged at the side of the 'do. Brea is wearing ModelBride's Lana Crystal Earrings
