Alexandra's Wedding

Alexandra had very short hair and so ModelBride stylist Beth curled her hair all over and then pinned it back piece by piece to form very soft cascading curls.

Beth says she pinned up the back of Alexandra's hair just a bit and all the other curls ended at the nape of her neck so that it looked like a low, curly bun. That, says Beth created the illusion of longer hair that had been pinned up.

For Alexandra's makeup Beth used an airbrush with a little bronzer to even out the skin tone and give it an all-day glow.

Beth used a touch of a very soft shimmery pink on Alexandra's eye lids, and used a black liner and some false lashes for a bit of drama. Beth added pink blush on the apple of the cheeks and used a soft pink lip color to balance her more dramatic eyes.

Alexandra's bridesmaids received the star treatment too! Modelbride stylists gave them each a simple updo that fit their individual style.
