Kathy has very long thick hair. Kathy's hair was curled with a large curling iron to smooth the hair and give it fullness.

A hair fall was placed at the back of her head. The under part of hair was teased to create hair padding. The top layer was then smoothed over and pinned under to create a full fabulous back do.

A birdcage veil was attached to the top and sides and a fabulous feathered flower adds a modern twist.
