Bridal Purse Returns Policy

• We want you to be thrilled with your bridal purse! If you are not satisfied, simply Download our Returns Form and mail it back with you purse.
• Refunds and exchanges can be made with white, diamond white, ivory or candlelight-ivory purses. Because the other colors are special order, sales are final.
• The purse must be in perfect, unused condition. Items with signs of wear or use will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be sent back to you at your expense.
• Items must be shipped back within 21 days to qualify for a refund. After 21 days we will be happy to make an exchange or offer credit.
• Shipping costs are not refundable and shipping fees for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
