Returns Policy
- We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, simply Download our Returns Form and mail it back with your shoes.
Information About Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be shipped back within 21 days to qualify for a refund. After 21 days we will be happy to make an exchange or offer credit.
- Shoes must be in perfect, unworn condition. Those with scuff marks on the sole, footprints on the footbed or other signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be sent back to you at your expense.
- When shipping your shoes for return or exchange, please place the shoe box inside the original shipping box (or another sturdy cardboard box). If we receive shoes shipped in only a shoe box, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
- Because of the variances in color and dyeing technique, we cannot be responsible for items after they have been dyed. Dyed shoes and handbags will not be accepted for return or exchange and if received, will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Shipping costs are not refundable and shipping fees for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
