3 Easy Tips to Lose Weight Before Your Wedding

Looking great on your wedding day is as easy as One, Two Three 

 1.Healthy Eating 

  Yes, that means to put away the Pillsbury Cookie Dough and Ben & Jerry's ice cream. Don't think of it as a diet, think       of it as a life style adjustment. Here are a few simple guidelines.

   Cut down on processed foods. Opt for fresh whole foods. 

   Prepare salads, grilled fish & chicken, fruit, and plenty of vegetables. 

   Portion control, remember our eyes tend to be bigger than our stomach so eat slow and less. 

    My favorite trick is eating on a smaller plate.

2. Drink a lot of fluids.

Keeping hydrated every day is super important. 

Getting the recommended amount of water per day can improve your mood, appetite, and complexion and vitality! 

I use the app called "Plant Nanny" to help remind me to keep drinking water throughout the day.

3. Exercise!

If you want that lean and toned body, you're going to have to put some work into it.

Make a commitment to work out 20 minutes everyday. I normally find I can talk myself into a 20 minute workout.Most times once a start it feels so good I end up working out for 45 minutes or more.

Working out doesn't always mean going to the gym. Make your workout fun. You can easily get in shape by acting like a kid again. Try running, biking hiking or swimming. Being more active not only makes you look better but feel better as well.

Make this a team effort between you and your bridesmaids! Cheer each other on as you reach your goals. By your wedding day you and your bridal party will love the changes you have made to Look and Feel Terrific!
